On the 17th of November, the students at CIS Russia Festivalnaya Campus had a special assembly where they were able to see new and exciting clubs. The clubs on display were ballet dancing, fencing, art, singing, and hip-hop dancing. The students were able to watch presentations by the clubs and the clubs’ teachers. Everyone who attended the assembly was able to see some of the hard work that their fellow students have been putting into their clubs and were able to see their classmates perform!
During the week of November 27th- November 30th, students at CIS Russia Festivalnaya had their exam week. This is the week where students are able to test their knowledge and what they’ve learned throughout the year. Plus Year 6 and Year 9 took mock checkpoint exams. The checkpoint exams are taken in April and the students prepare for these exams by taking practice exams throughout the year. When asked what they thought about the exams, some of the students said, “I think they went okay, but I believe that in April we will be ready for the official checkpoint!”
