This Christmas Cambridge International School, Skolkovo created a wonderful concert performance. This performance included beautiful songs and dances involving every class in the school from Year Three to Year Eight. The boys and girls have been practicing hard for the past few weeks. They have been learning dances and singing songs with Mr. Alexander and Ms. Irina. They have also been learning poems with their class teachers.
The Christmas concert even included a beautiful performance. During after school activities, the pupils learned Christmas songs which they performed as a Christmas Medley during the concert. The children worked extremely hard perfecting their parts for the concert and it was a great success.
During the first quarter of the PSHE lessons, we worked together with high school students to study the sphere of human life values and its influence on the future profession.
The children have settled into Year 1 and are working hard. We have also looked at the stories ‘Duck in a Truck’ and ‘Fix It Duck’ both by Jez Alborough.
After the first school week, our pupils started preparing home projects on literature, on different projects.
This term in 6D, our Science topic as been Forces. We have been learning about forces, motion and air-resistance and have been investigating how surface area affects air-resistance.
2A have been enjoying the beautiful weather and making pictures for Autumn.
Year 5G did a really simple experiment to show their knowledge of evaporation. We went outside to a sunny place and put handprints on the floor?
