Svetlana Kvasova

Country:

Russia

Education:

Master's degree in Psychology (Yaroslavl State University named after P.G. Demidov). Teacher of Mathematics (K.D. Ushinsky Yaroslavl Pedagogical University).

Experience:
Work experience as a Math teacher is 6 years. I taught children in grades one through eleven, as well as students. Worked in the center of extracurricular education - successfully prepared children for the final assessment ( EGE and USE) and the Olympiads. Worked in a public school, took part in the GIA. I am constantly learning and passing courses to improve my qualification. I have experience in making adapted and individual educational programs, as it is important for me to understand the students and help them learn. After getting my master's degree in psychology I worked as a school psychologist for several years. My background as a psychologist helps me in my work because I am able to explain complex material in a way that is accessible to children with different types of perception. I am convinced that mathematics can be interesting and understandable to everyone, you just need to understand the basics properly, so that there is a foundation for "building" more serious knowledge.
